Frequently asked questions
Still unsure? A phone call costs nothing and usually answers it in five minutes.
Which Texas cities do you serve?
We are based in Alvin and serve Houston, Pearland, Friendswood, League City, Dickinson and Santa Fe across Brazoria, Harris and Galveston Counties, plus Corpus Christi on the coast and Laredo on the border. We handle claims throughout Texas.
Do you charge extra for properties further from your office?
No. The fee is a percentage of the recovery on the claim, capped by Texas law, regardless of where the property is. Travel is not billed separately.
How quickly can you inspect my property?
In the Houston metro and the Galveston County communities, usually within a day or two under normal conditions. After a widespread catastrophe, filing early matters because carrier inspection queues fill quickly.
Which counties are in the TWIA windstorm territory?
Fourteen Texas coastal counties are designated, including Brazoria, Galveston and Nueces, plus the part of Harris County east of State Highway 146. In that territory, wind and hail may be carried by the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association rather than your homeowner carrier — which changes who you file the claim with.

Do not settle for the first number
If the offer does not cover the work, that gap is documentable. Free policy and damage review, no fee unless your claim recovers more.
